What is Klavern?
Klavern brings carefully curated home decor designed to elevate everyday spaces. Our collections focus on modern simplicity, warmth, and balance, helping you create a home that feels personal, calm, and inviting.

How long does delivery usually take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, so your order should arrive within 4–9 business days in total. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders include free shipping within Ireland. There are no minimum order values or special conditions.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa. All payments are securely processed using SSL encryption.

Is my payment and personal information protected?
Yes. Your privacy and security are extremely important to us. Klavern does not store sensitive payment details, and all transactions are handled securely through trusted payment providers.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Of course. You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return. Simply contact us at info@klavern.com and we will guide you through the next steps.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transfer.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available. If you would like to swap an item, email us at info@klavern.com and our team will be happy to help you find the right option.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
First, check the tracking link sent in your shipping confirmation email. If more than 7 business days have passed since dispatch and your order has not arrived, please contact us at info@klavern.com so we can assist.

Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Do you ship outside Ireland?
At the moment, we only ship within Ireland. This allows us to focus on providing the best possible service locally.
